These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phjoy21 ("phjoy21," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phjoy21 website located at phjoy21.net, including all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phjoy21, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

phjoy21 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. To register and use the phjoy21 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
2. You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
3. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phjoy21, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the phjoy21 Platform or any affiliated platform.
6. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by phjoy21 or any relevant regulatory authority.

phjoy21 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each eligible user may register only one (1) account on the phjoy21 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

When registering your phjoy21 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify phjoy21 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.

phjoy21 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the account security obligations set out above. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

All financial transactions on the phjoy21 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phjoy21 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. phjoy21 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• phjoy21 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• phjoy21 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits and withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which phjoy21 accepts no responsibility.
• Any funds deposited into your phjoy21 account that are not used for gaming activity may be subject to review and may be returned to the originating payment method at phjoy21's discretion.

phjoy21 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion on the phjoy21 Platform, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that offer.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses may only be claimed once per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be specified in the individual promotion terms.

• phjoy21 reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in irregular or fraudulent bonus activity.

All games available on the phjoy21 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

phjoy21 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer formats to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are independently audited on a regular basis.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on phjoy21's servers, the server record shall be deemed conclusive and final.
• phjoy21 reserves the right to void any game round or bet that has been affected by a technical malfunction, software error, or any other irregularity that compromises the integrity of the game.
• The use of any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjoy21 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or phjoy21 staff members.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any such bugs must be reported to phjoy21 immediately.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.

All content on the phjoy21 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of phjoy21 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from phjoy21.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any phjoy21 trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorization.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of phjoy21's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by phjoy21.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phjoy21 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results caused by technical faults beyond phjoy21's reasonable control.

phjoy21's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjoy21 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phjoy21 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other policy published on the Platform.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Determination that you are ineligible to use the Platform under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion that your account is being used by or on behalf of a third party.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and pending bonus-related wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and provided no outstanding investigations are pending.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the phjoy21 support team via live chat. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

phjoy21 is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By registering an account on the phjoy21 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You may review our full Privacy Policy at any time via the link in the footer of this page.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and phjoy21, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. phjoy21 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution. Nothing in this clause shall prevent phjoy21 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and phjoy21 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
